Cadence: Matches Hyperscale Level 3’s pattern—orientation + deep read, then a purple OSS slot with issue-linked work (#23-style specificity can be mirrored once you attach a real GitHub issue number).

Outcomes

Select or negotiate an issue that touches runtime, ledger, or benches—after you can trace banking/replay from Level 3 readings.
Deliver tests or benchmarks that fail before / pass after your change when applicable.
Document rollout risk for consensus-adjacent paths (even small changes).
